Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of experience in Java Full Stack development and team leadership.
Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and AWS cloud.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Location: Pune or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading development teams and managing project deliverables in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance, foster technical excellence, and handle stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with enterprise application architecture, CI/CD implementation, and cloud-native AWS applications, preferably with BFS domain exposure.
