Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Java application development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Work location is Chennai with 5 days work from office requirement.
Experience in application architecture, solution design, and team leadership is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and mentoring Java development teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions, preferably in Banking or Financial Services domain.
Strong hands-on skills in Java technology stack combined with knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
Capable of leading multiple projects and distributed teams with proven stakeholder management and technical leadership abilities.
