Assist in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS quarterly and annually.
Support quarterly results preparation and related regulatory disclosures, coordinating audit reviews and statutory audits.
Prepare and maintain related party transaction schedules and disclosures ensuring compliance with Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR, and present to the audit committee.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: CA Fresher (no prior work experience required).
Strong knowledge of Ind AS accounting standards and practical application in financial statements.
Location: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with statutory and limited review audits, including responding to audit queries.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions such as formulas and pivot tables.
Able to coordinate effectively across multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
