4+ years of experience in last mile delivery operations management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in relevant domain.

Experienced in high-volume, fast-paced delivery or logistics environments with demonstrated leadership of operational teams.

Skilled in data-driven decision making and strategic optimization of delivery operations and costs.

Experienced managing cross-functional teams and external vendor/client relationships within last mile delivery contexts.
