Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in production support or comparable technical operations environment.
Hands-on experience with Flatfile and MuleSoft production operations and recovery.
Basic-to-intermediate SQL skills for diagnostic and validation purposes.
Ability to work offshore overnight shifts and participate in 24x7 rotational shift schedules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-tool production environments with strong adherence to runbooks, SOPs, and disciplined escalation procedures.
Skilled in troubleshooting and operational recovery with emphasis on accurate documentation and tiered escalation.
Background in regulated or high-volume data environments preferred, with healthcare payer or related domain knowledge as a plus.
