Serve as the third-line escalation point for complex cloud platform and operational issues within the CloudOps team.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code, automation pipelines, observability, and cloud financial governance to optimize platform performance and cost management.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on cloud engineering or operations experience with production support of live customer environments.
Deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including certifications AZ-104 and AZ-305.
Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates) and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Experience with cloud cost optimization/FinOps, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI), and third-line technical escalation responsibilities.
