Own monthly audit and reconciliation of carrier invoices for cellular, POTS, and circuits to identify billing errors and negotiate credits/refunds.
Manage global inventory of DAS nodes, cellular repeaters, and POTS lines including lifecycle tracking and cost-reduction via circuit triage and decommissioning.
Act as primary liaison between real estate teams, carriers, and vendors to resolve billing disputes, enforce SLAs, and generate telecom spend reports for leadership and audits.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience in telecom billing analysis, inventory management, or enterprise telecom administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
Deep understanding of carrier billing formats, Telecom Expense Management platforms, and telecom technical knowledge of DAS, POTS, and related telephony systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in telecom financial operations with strong capabilities in billing analysis and telecom expense management in corporate or enterprise environments.
Technically knowledgeable about DAS, cellular boosters, POTS lines, and telecom circuit management with practical understanding of telephony and networking fundamentals.
Able to manage multiple vendor relationships and cross-functional teams for service delivery and cost optimization initiatives under SLA requirements.
