Design, develop, and maintain scalable custom ABAP programs, enhancements, and SAP S/4HANA extensions following clean core principles.
Build and expose SAP APIs using OData V2/V4 services and develop RAP-based applications including managed/unmanaged business objects and behavior implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver API-led integrations, support SAP Fiori/UI5 backend services, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancement Framework, BAdIs, User Exits, custom developments, OData services development using SAP Gateway and RAP.
Work Experience Required: 6-8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) including Behavior Definitions, Implementations, Projection Views, and Draft Handling.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, extensibility frameworks, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including side-by-side extensibility and integration scenarios.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, source control tools like Git with ADT, and backend development for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
