Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts across industries including workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA modules.
Manage client stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and contribute to capability-building within the SAP Finance domain.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CO (Controlling).
Hands-on experience in 2–4 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical and functional skillset in SAP CO including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance environment with knowledge of financial closing processes, allocations, Material Ledger, and settlement.
Operating style includes managing complex stakeholder environments, conducting design workshops, and mentoring junior team members.
