Minimum Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, operations strategy, or program management in an engineering or industrial company.
Strong analytical and financial skills including business case development and stakeholder influence capabilities.
Working knowledge of operations, supply chain, and quality management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
MBA in Operations or Strategy from a reputed institute preferred.
Experience with capex projects, plant expansions, greenfield/brownfield setups, and exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or S&OP.
Comfortable navigating both shop floor and boardroom environments; strategic operator who drives measurable outcomes and manages ambiguity effectively.
