Manage and launch key operational projects across India including new dark stores, last-mile delivery pilots, and central process rollouts.
Own central workflows and SOPs for dark store and last-mile operations; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
Track and improve KPIs such as delivery TATs, SLA adherence, cost-per-order, and build MIS dashboards for leadership insights.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top college/university; MBA highly preferred.
3-6 years of experience in Central Operations, program management, or supply chain.
Proven experience with operations planning, execution, process design, and use of data/BI tools for decision-making.
Ability and willingness to travel across India for on-ground project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working at the intersection of dark store operations, last-mile delivery, and central P&L ownership, preferably in quick commerce, ecommerce logistics, or courier sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing and optimizing operational workflows and metrics.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment with on-ground leadership and cross-functional collaboration responsibilities.
