Regional Operations Manager

Lead and manage all regional operations focused on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly energy savings targets through Energy Managers and Site Energy Engineers.

Ensure periodic audits and root cause analysis to optimize energy conservation measures and maintain efficient end-use assets and systems.

Oversee maintenance schedules, inventory reconciliations, vendor management, budget adherence, and client relationship management including training and reporting.

8-15 years of experience, with 10+ years specifically in operations and maintenance of HVAC in commercial buildings.

Experience managing teams across multiple locations; prior work in hospitals preferred.

Graduation required; postgraduate and doctorate degrees acceptable but not mandatory.

Must be open and able to travel regionally to multiple sites as per job requirements.

Proven leadership in centralized HVAC operations and maintenance, with a track record of improving operational efficiency.

Comfortable handling multi-site operations including maintenance, vendor coordination, and budget management in energy efficiency context.

Capable of building strong client engineering relationships and executing technical energy efficiency solutions with data-driven analysis.
