Lead and manage 3 Department Managers, 15 Supervisors, and 100+ workers to meet production targets, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and review daily MIS reports; coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and HR for cost, manpower, and delivery planning; resolve operational issues rapidly.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years of manufacturing plant operations experience.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience managing 100+ workers through intermediate managers and supervisors.
Must have handled Store, Production, and Despatch operations; fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
