Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of work experience in software development and architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Java (1.8+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Experience with front-end technologies such as React JS, AngularJS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Knowledge of DevOps, AWS cloud platforms, CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo), Agile process management (Jira), and version control (git, svn).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting complex solutions with emphasis on OOAD, domain-driven design, and layered application development.
Comfortable working in distributed Agile environments with onsite/offshore teams.
Capable of balancing hands-on coding with mentoring, strategic architecture decisions, and performance tuning in cloud-based settings.
