Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies including Agile.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling end-to-end project delivery in a software/IT environment, preferably with SaaS products.
Proficient in service delivery management and client-facing communications at multiple organizational levels.
Comfortable managing sizable teams and responsible for people management including retention and performance feedback.
