Lead investor relations activities including quarterly earnings, investor presentations, and managing relationships with analysts and institutional investors.
Design and own the Management Information System (MIS) framework, including KPI dashboards, performance packs, and variance analyses across business units and subsidiaries.
Evaluate and track strategic projects, capital allocation, and operational improvement initiatives, supporting decision-making for the MD and CFO.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
Strong financial modelling skills including three-statement models, DCF, capex appraisal, and scenario analysis.
Experience building MIS and performance management frameworks.
Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or investor relations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has experience in investor relations at a listed company or sell-side/buy-side research in capital goods or industrial sectors, ideally with IPO readiness exposure.
Comfortable with consolidated reporting across subsidiaries, joint ventures, and international entities, and has a technical understanding of manufacturing businesses.
Able to bridge investor perspective and operational management, effectively communicating complex financial analysis to both investors and plant leadership.
