Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in human resources or related professional area unless 4-year degree holder (then no experience required).
Location: Onsite at Village - Siya, Kempty Fall Road, Tehri Garhwal, Mussoorie, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Must be certified trainer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in human resources or hospitality training with ability to align training programs to business and brand values.
Demonstrates operational accountability by monitoring training effectiveness using data and adjusting programs accordingly.
Capable of managing budgets and collaborating effectively with property leadership teams.
