Minimum Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in Business Management or a COO function/role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in AI, large language models (LLMs), and workflow automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end business management workstreams within complex financial or risk organizations with executive interaction.
Skilled in advanced data analytics, automation, and AI application to optimize workflow efficiency and strategic decision support.
Capable of producing high-quality presentations and management reports with strong attention to detail and strategic narrative design.
