Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience working in a 24x7 support environment.

Familiar with enterprise monitoring and management tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM, Tanium) and ITIL processes.
