Manage a team of 3 associates and oversee third-party service providers to maintain accurate product costing, pricing, and SAP master data across assigned plant locations.
Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes, coordinate internal and external audit compliance, and reconcile Cost of Goods Sold accounts to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Drive process optimization and represent finance requirements on global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and supply chain transformations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
Proficiency with SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
Fluency in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing small teams and coordinating with external vendors or service providers for costing and pricing functions.
Strong digital fluency with capability to leverage analytics for decision support and process improvements within supply chain finance.
Comfortable driving finance representation in large-scale global transformation projects and process standardization across regions.
