Drive and manage workstreams focused on governance, project controls, and digital implementation for capital infrastructure projects.

Develop and maintain PMO/governance artifacts such as calendars, risk logs, status reports, and support governance forums to ensure decision follow-ups.

Implement and improve digital workflows, dashboards, and analytics tools to enhance project monitoring, reporting, and delivery performance.

4-8 years of work experience, preferably in capital projects and consulting.

Bachelor of Engineering and/or MBA degree required.

Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Experience in capital infrastructure project delivery, governance setup, PMO processes, and digital asset implementation.

Experienced in live capital project delivery with a focus on governance, PMO, and digital transformation within asset-heavy industries (e.g., roads, energy, manufacturing).

Capable of independently managing stakeholders and translating project data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Skilled in integrating digital tools and improving reporting discipline to enhance project controls and delivery outcomes.
