ATR Finance Manager

Lead and manage the Intercompany Accounting process area, ensuring timely financial period closings and accurate reporting in compliance with SLAs, Internal Audit, SOX, and regulatory requirements.

Drive operational excellence through risk management, internal control adherence, and process compliance, supporting audits and legal activities as needed.

Develop and lead a team of up to 25 associates, manage talent and succession planning, and act as a trusted business partner by influencing strategy, mentoring SMEs, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field mandatory.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory or first-line leadership role managing teams of 10 or more.

Proven experience in a Global Account to Report function within a multinational company and involvement in multiple work migrations.

Fluency in English and ability to work flexible shifts to align with global or regional responsibilities.

Experienced finance leader with a strategic attitude and a track record in process transformation and continuous improvement within a multinational corporate environment.

Strong operational management and compliance focus, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with effective communication across global stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, act as an operational key contact, and embrace new technologies and change.
