Lead innovative data science solutions and project delivery in supply chain analytics areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower.
Design and architect advanced analytics solutions addressing client business challenges, securing stakeholder buy-in, and overseeing execution by multiple Manager-led teams.
Drive growth of the Practice through thought leadership, new client engagements, and mentoring team members in supply chain data science applications.
Minimum Requirements
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in quantitative disciplines like Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, etc.
11+ years post-Master’s or 8+ years post-Ph.D. work experience in data science applications with at least 7 years in advanced analytics design and delivery for supply chain/logistics/manufacturing/production.
Deep subject matter expertise using data science in at least one supply chain functional area and experience with large multi-workstream project teams.
Hands-on programming experience with analytics tools (e.g., Python, PySpark, SQL) and capability to present complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Senior Manager level professional with strong background in supply chain advanced analytics and data science solution leadership.
Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream teams delivering complex projects for global clients across industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial, or Resources.
Expertise in cutting-edge data science techniques including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Operations Research applied to supply chain functions.
