Lead and manage a team responsible for geospatial research, quality assurance, and operational delivery of Physical Risk data projects within ICE Climate Operations.
Translate business priorities into actionable workplans, monitor project milestones, risks, and resource allocation to ensure quality, completeness, and timely delivery of physical climate risk data.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support and improve physical risk products, maintaining operational governance, process improvements, and team capability development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Environmental Science or Planning, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
6+ years of relevant experience in geospatial/location data operations or GIS research including people or project leadership.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, advanced Excel; experience with BigQuery strongly preferred.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant geospatial or data operations including leadership roles.

Strong expertise in geospatial data, corporate asset-location verification, and ability to balance cross-stakeholder coordination and data governance.
