Own end-to-end academic planning, curriculum, assessment, and delivery for B.Tech and technology reskilling programs across digital and blended formats.
Coordinate with faculty, SMEs, instructional designers, university partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and industry-aligned program execution.
Monitor learner engagement, performance, and overall program quality, driving continuous improvement through feedback and data insights.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of total work experience with at least 5 years in AI/ML/GenAI training or delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Mandatory skills: AI/ML & GenAI, Python, ML/DL Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, LLM Fine-tuning, Curriculum Design & Instructional Delivery.
Willingness to travel to client locations for training delivery as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in EdTech or higher education sector with direct ownership of academic delivery and program management, especially in technology programs.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities coordinating across faculty, SMEs, university partners, and industry teams.
Deep technical domain exposure to AI/ML/GenAI combined with instructional design and digital/blended learning experience.
