Delivery Lead Senior Manager - Voice

Own end-to-end oversight of Order to Cash processes including customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing, ensuring financial outcomes are met through data collection, analysis, and transaction reconciliation.

Lead medium to large teams focusing on collections operations such as managing aged debt, disputes, refund processes, and compliance to internal controls and regulations.

Identify complex problems, propose innovative process improvements, manage multiple stakeholders including senior management, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and risk mitigation.

Work Experience Required: 16 to 25 years in Finance Operations or related domain.

Mandatory skill in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable Ledger Maintenance.

Any Graduation degree required.

May require working in rotational shifts.

Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder relationships and multiple client interactions, including senior management engagement.

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions for complex financial operational issues.

Possesses a transformation mindset focused on automation, process optimization, and cost reduction in finance operations.
