Minimum Requirements
10+ years in Technical Program Management leading large-scale software delivery in new product development environments.
3+ years leading or mentoring technical program managers.
Expertise in Atlassian Suite administration and Scrum framework with a demonstrated ability to scale agile practices.
Legal eligibility to work in India without sponsorship; mandatory in-office presence for a standard 40-hour workweek.

Experienced in managing complex distributed systems SDLC with strong program leadership and financial acumen for resource and budget planning.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration within matrixed organizations, able to influence diverse stakeholders and simplify complex technical and business challenges.
