Lead analytics and measurement for HighLevel's AI products including Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI.
Define and own feature-level KPIs, success metrics, and instrumentation coverage from scratch for AI products.
Partner with Experimentation & Causal Inference lead to design and analyze AI experiments and set measurement standards for the AI analytics domain.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with end-to-end product metrics ownership.
Strong expertise defining event tracking/taxonomy and driving instrumentation into product roadmaps.
Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake and dbt environment.
Experience partnering on A/B experiments and working with imperfect/in-progress data sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building analytics and measurement frameworks for fast-iterating AI or non-deterministic product features.
Able to influence cross-functional teams, especially PMs, without direct authority in a fast-moving environment.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, product-led growth, or conversational/voice AI products is advantageous but not mandatory.
