Minimum Requirements
13 to 18 years of work experience in Master Data Management, preferably with 15+ years specifically mentioned.
Mandatory expertise in SAP Master Data operations and controls, with at least 3 years hands-on SAP experience including FI, CO, and SD modules.
Finance accounting qualification required (CIMA or ACCA) along with any Graduation degree.
Experience in compliance with internal controls (SAP access profiles, SoD), data quality assurance, and global data governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in managing large cross-functional Master Data teams within FMCG or Global Business Services environments.
Strong domain expertise in SAP ECC environments and experience supporting ERP transitions and master data migrations.
Ability to work effectively in a global matrix structure with exposure to automation tools (RPA, AI), data quality monitoring, and integration projects.
