Analyze Order Backlog, GM%, KPIs benchmarking, and financial performance drivers to recommend value-add improvements.
Partner with Controllers and Project managers for financial analysis, scenario planning, and support month-end closure ensuring accuracy of financials.
Lead internal controls, SOX audit activities, inventory and provision reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and continuous process improvement including automation and standardization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting with MBA, CMA, or CA qualification.
Up to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis; manufacturing experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO including CO-PA module.
Proficiency in English communication and MS Office tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating within manufacturing finance controlling environment with exposure to SAP FICO and financial reporting cycles.
Strong analytical skills with capability to independently identify root causes and propose corrections post financial closures.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with controllers and project managers to influence financial performance decisions.
