About This Role

Analyze and design software solutions for Open Payment Framework projects using Java, Python, and C# with a focus on quality and CI/CD practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business process management, API integration, and software development methodologies within banking payment frameworks.

Build and maintain client relationships while mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with banking industry regulations and standards.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum.

At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in oral and written English.

Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain, with knowledge of payment frameworks and software application lifecycle management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas with preference for payment systems knowledge.

Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging, multi-scheme/multi-bank/multi-currency payment models, and frameworks like FIS OPF.

Experienced in client communication, requirement analysis, and collaboration with software architects and developers, especially in banking technology and compliance contexts.
