Lead end-to-end integration and separation workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Drive Day 1 readiness and Day 100 planning including detailed execution roadmaps, program governance, and synergy/value realization tracking.
Manage TSA lifecycle, stakeholder alignment, risk & dependency tracking, and act as primary client contact for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of relevant work experience in M&A or management consulting domain.
MBA in Finance/Strategy or related field from a premium B-School.
Strong hands-on experience in M&A integration, separation, carve-out engagements including sign-to-close and post-close phases.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience in program/project management and multi-workstream coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex M&A integration/separation projects with end-to-end responsibility across multiple functional areas (Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain).
Proven stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure deal environments with ability to lead senior client interactions.
Comfortable leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI) to enhance delivery and insights; prior consulting experience preferred.
