About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of innovative software solutions for digital transformation in payment frameworks with focus on project ownership and client account management.
- Manage, mentor, and coach teams to enhance performance, deliver client service, and maintain quality through code reviews and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, design API and integration solutions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Banking domain with understanding of payment frameworks and ideally FIS OPF.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical/engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with ISO 20022 message standards, multi-scheme/multi-bank/multi-currency payment models, and banking payment flows.
- Strong client communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications using tools like Jira.
