Manage and execute standardized contract intake, drafting, and administration activities following firm policies and regulations to support the Contracts pillar within Consulting Quality & Risk Management.
Monitor contract management workflows and systems (Icertis), ensuring data integrity, timely status updates, and escalation of stalled or slow-moving contracts to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk Management, and business-unit leaders to ensure alignment on contract documentation and engagement processes, and assist in contract-related reporting and training.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, law, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, legal support, or operations, ideally in consulting or professional services.
Familiarity with contract management systems, particularly Icertis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, D365), ServiceNow, and AI productivity tools.
Ability to work 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST with 4–5 hours daily live overlap with U.S. Eastern Time teams; candidate must have reliable commuting means to local office in Noida, India.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in distributed teams spanning India and the U.S., supporting U.S.-based stakeholders with real-time collaboration and handoffs.
Proactive in identifying process improvements within contract management workflows and comfortable interacting with legal, risk, and business leadership to implement practical solutions.
