Lead Infrastructure Engineer- Network

Own incident, problem, and change management for network infrastructure, including leadership of P1 technical bridges and managing communications until resolution.

Act as primary customer interface for day-to-day network issues, service inquiries, vendor/client and risk relationships, ensuring service delivery and lifecycle management.

Use advanced network expertise and AI-assisted tools to troubleshoot complex, mission-critical network issues and drive operational and process improvements.

5+ years of applied experience in network operations and infrastructure support with formal training or certification on infrastructure disciplines.

Experience leading P1 technical incident bridges and managing communication during high-severity events in a 24x7 global environment.

Proficiency in multiple infrastructure technology domains (2-3) with deep knowledge of network infrastructure components and use of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Cpacket, or similar.

Strong knowledge of risk and controls with compliance to company-wide standards; experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools while maintaining validation and security standards.

Experienced infrastructure engineer with demonstrated leadership in high-pressure, mission-critical 24x7 environments and multi-vendor relationship management.

Technical expert comfortable acting as escalation point and SME across multiple networking technologies including routing, switching, datacenter fabrics, and network security.

Skilled in applying AI-assisted diagnostics and automation (Python/Ansible preferred), with strong validation and audit mindset for infrastructure changes and operational improvements.
