Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting CCaaS platforms with end-to-end responsibility for front-end UI and back-end services/APIs.
Integrate CCaaS with CRM, quality monitoring, WFM/WFO, and reporting systems via REST APIs and event streams, ensuring scalability and system reliability.
Collaborate with teams to deploy applications on AWS, monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and support sprint-level QA activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Experience with full stack development including front-end and back-end technologies and AWS cloud services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full stack development with practical exposure to CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or Five9.
Skilled in designing and integrating REST APIs and cloud-native applications with strong AWS knowledge including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
Familiar with Agile development methodologies, code quality practices, and collaborative product delivery in dynamic client-facing environments.
