Software Engineer I/II

Implement and maintain features in a Java full-stack codebase including Spring Boot backend and modern front-end components.

Contribute to Databricks data pipelines and supporting Python scripts, writing clean, well-tested code and participating in code reviews.

Collaborate with Senior/Principal engineers and cross-functional teams, focusing on debugging, reliability, and continuous code/process improvements.

2–6 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent internship/project experience.

Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or a strong willingness to ramp quickly in Java full-stack development.

Experience contributing to full-stack applications with SQL knowledge; familiarity with Databricks, Spark, or similar data pipeline tools is a strong plus.

Comfort with writing tests and modern development workflows; daily use of Claude or similar AI coding tools is expected.

Mid-level software engineer with hands-on experience or strong exposure to Java full-stack development and data engineering pipelines.

Able to work under guidance of senior engineers with increasing ownership of scoped features and implementation.

Comfortable leveraging AI coding assistants regularly to enhance coding speed and quality, and eager to grow in a data pipeline-heavy environment.
