About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting CCaaS platforms with integrations to CRM and analytics systems.

Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS services ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in architectural and QA processes.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology from a premier technical/engineering school.

2-5 years of relevant experience in full stack development, cloud services, and CCaaS platform integration.

Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Strong technical skills in frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue), backend (Node.js, Java, Python), AWS cloud services, REST APIs, and version control (Git).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or Five9 with integration expertise.

Familiar with Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum) and cloud-native development practices including CI/CD pipelines.

Possesses certifications like DevOps, Agile, SAFe, PMP, or CSM and demonstrates skills in technical consultation, business analytics, and project delivery.
