Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting CCaaS platforms, including front-end UI and back-end services/APIs.
Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM, quality monitoring, WFM/WFO, and analytics systems via REST APIs and event streams, and perform system performance optimization.
Deploy and configure workloads on AWS, monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, participate in sprint QA, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver features on schedule.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch), REST API development, and CCaaS platforms (e.g. Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Solid full stack development experience with technologies including Python, Go, Angular, and cloud services on AWS.
Experience with CCaaS platforms and integration with CRM and other enterprise systems, demonstrating ability to optimize and maintain large-scale deployments.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFE Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices, capable of engaging in architectural discussions and defect management.
