Institutional Securities Strategic Consulting & Transformation (Global Markets), Manager/Senior Manager, Business Solutions Group- ISGM

Provide program management and delivery support for strategic business initiatives across multiple disciplines including business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.

Lead program planning, readiness, execution, risk monitoring, remediation, and management reporting in Institutional Securities Group transformation projects.

Drive collaboration with senior management and multiple stakeholder groups to ensure delivery of large-scale operational improvements and regulatory change programs.

6-10+ years professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles within financial services.

Strong domain expertise in Sales & Trading / Global Markets ecosystem including trading products, trade lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory environment.

Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, and coordination across business, technology, and risk teams.

BS/BA degree required; advanced degrees in business, finance, economics, engineering or related fields preferred.

Experienced in leading organizational change programs such as regulatory initiatives, merger integrations, or corporate restructures in a global investment bank or top-tier consulting firm environment.

Proven ability to build or scale internal consulting, strategy, or PMO functions supporting Global Markets businesses.

Strong data analytics and technology acumen, including leveraging AI/ML, Generative AI, or automation tools to drive measurable business outcomes.
