Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven conversational agents (chatbots/voicebots) on one or more CCaaS platforms, ensuring high performance and business impact.
Develop and integrate end-to-end conversational AI applications including NLU/NLP models, dialog management, backend services, and secure API integrations across contact center workflows.
Own full bot lifecycle from conversation design to post-go-live optimization, collaborate with architects and clients, mentor junior team members, and troubleshoot production issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in related AI development or conversational AI roles.
Oral and written English proficiency required.
Hands-on experience with at least one CCaaS platform (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, Avaya, Twilio Flex) and chatbot/NLU tools such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson Assistant.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record owning at least one end-to-end conversational or agentic AI deployment from design through production with measurable improvements.
Strong software development skills in languages like Python and JavaScript and experience with cloud/serverless architectures and API integrations focused on contact center environments.
Experienced in agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain), advanced prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and overseeing bot performance metrics with demonstrated ability to mentor others.
