Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital product environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Figma.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile project environments with direct involvement in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT sessions.
Capable of translating complex business problems into clear technical requirements and user stories that guide development.
Background or exposure to digital product domains and familiarity with prototyping/wireframing and software tools enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
