Own end-to-end network operations covering NOC, Central Operations, Field Operations, and Network Security across national geography with over 1000 outsourced/ indirect reports.
Accountable for driving network performance by managing SLA/KPIs such as availability, MTTR, latency, Network Customer Complaint Index (<7.5), fault resolution times (<24hrs for majority), and network Opex (<725 Cr in FY'27).
Lead vendor, partner, and AMC management including fault RCA, CAPA, network audits, asset and security management, and operational dashboards to ensure best-in-class network performance aligned to business growth targets.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 25+ years of managing network operations within a carrier-grade telecom or ISP environment, including voice, data, and internet operations for both enterprise and retail customers.
Degree: BE in ECE, Telecom, or EEE mandatory; ME/MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience managing large teams (over 1000 outsourced/ indirect reports).
Technical knowledge required in enterprise networks & transport technologies (OTN, DWDM, ASON, PTN, SDH), IP/MPLS, packet networking, and voice systems (IMS, NGN, SBC, MGW). Certifications like CCNA/CCIE are preferred.
