Senior Planing and Inventory Manager

Drive inventory decisions and key supply chain initiatives to maximize sales margin and inventory turns.

Develop and execute best practices for inventory management, ensuring systems and processes meet business needs with appropriate controls.

Manage vendor relationships and operational strategies including demand planning, replenishment, and product lifecycle management.

Full-Time MBA from Tier 1 institutions is mandatory.

1-5 years of experience in operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, or product lifecycle management with proven project execution track record.

Experience in Softlines within Ecommerce or Retail sector is preferred.

Work Experience Required: 1-5 years as explicitly stated.

Experienced in managing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-energy environments with a strong operational focus.

Data-driven decision-maker with ability to handle large data sets, combine data with judgment and intuition.
