Lead digital transformation initiatives in automotive paint manufacturing through Digital Manufacturing and Smart Factory solutions.
Develop and deploy AI/ML, Computer Vision, XR, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Twin technologies to improve paint engineering quality, equipment reliability, process efficiency, and virtual validation.
Drive process improvements, support paint facility execution and launches, and provide warranty analysis and simulation-based recommendations for global paint manufacturing operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Paint Engineering or related field with AI/Data Science certification or interest.
At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, digital twin/digital thread implementation, industrial automation, XR, and vision systems in automotive or discrete manufacturing.
Proven skills in AI/ML, Smart Factory, Computer Vision, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Twin deployments; proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, C#, VB Script, APIs, and Power BI.
Must work hybrid with office attendance four times per week; no immigration sponsorship provided; willingness to travel globally up to 50-70%.

Strong operational focus on end-to-end solution deployment, including integration with PLM, CAD, MES, and shop floor systems supporting manufacturing traceability and validation.
Demonstrated ability to support greenfield and brownfield paint facility projects, including launch, virtual commissioning, and warranty cost reduction strategies.
