Salesforce Engineering Manager (India)

Lead architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce Platform and Node.js services ensuring best practices for scalability, availability, and security.

Manage a team of 10 to 15 engineers, including setting goals, mentoring, hiring, and removing blockers to maintain high engineering velocity and quality outputs.

Own technical direction of Salesforce applications partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver enterprise solutions efficiently.

8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering management or leadership roles.

Strong expertise in Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce best practices.

Proven Salesforce technical architecture experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and strong Node.js development experience.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leadership.

Experienced technical leader skilled in balancing roadmap delivery with engineering excellence including code quality, system reliability, and platform performance.

Deep domain expertise in Salesforce technical architecture combined with hands-on Node.js development ability for maintainable services and integrations.

Proven track record of growing engineering teams, hiring top talent, and driving improvements in engineering velocity and system scalability.
