About This Role
- Lead architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce Platform and Node.js services ensuring best practices for scalability, availability, and security.
- Manage a team of 10 to 15 engineers, including setting goals, mentoring, hiring, and removing blockers to maintain high engineering velocity and quality outputs.
- Own technical direction of Salesforce applications partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver enterprise solutions efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering management or leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce best practices.
- Proven Salesforce technical architecture experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and strong Node.js development experience.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leadership.
