Platform Engineering Lead- Data Services & Reporting

Provide engineering leadership and hold complete design authority over a global enterprise-wide Data and Reporting platform integrating data sources to BI and AI layers.

Define and execute platform engineering strategy focused on landscape rationalization, performance optimization, security governance, and adoption of generative AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Lead development of unified semantic layers, query federation, API standards, and drive technical mentorship for a global engineering team.

12-15+ years of software/platform engineering or data architecture experience in large regulated environments, preferably financial services.

5+ years in senior engineering leadership, principal architect, or platform tech lead role with platform modernization/governance experience.

Advanced hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA), data federation, BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau), and generative AI tool usage for development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field.

Technically strong leader with proven ability to architect and govern complex distributed enterprise data and reporting platforms at scale.

Experienced in integrating AI capabilities into platform engineering and aligning with enterprise-level architecture standards and teams.

Hands-on operator comfortable with cross-functional collaboration, leading platform rationalization, and driving automation/CI/CD best practices.
