Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and technology delivery for Open Source digital tools supporting GEA's Grids of the Future program across multiple Global South markets.
Manage vendors and oversee technical governance to ensure scalable, secure, and interoperable grid modernization products aligned to utility environments.
Coordinate regional product tailoring, stakeholder collaboration, and product adoption including training and change management across India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Caribbean, and Africa.
Minimum Requirements
At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager with experience developing for the power sector.
Bachelor's degree in technology, product design, business management or related; engineering or renewable energy qualification highly preferred.
Experience with Open Source Software development (FOSS) and AI tools including LLMs and inference coding tools is mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years as stated; willingness to travel internationally across priority markets as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in power sector technology with strong knowledge of grid modernization, renewable energy integration, and digital tools for utilities, especially in global south contexts including India.
Demonstrated capability managing vendor-driven technology projects with attention to quality, risk, version control, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into usable AI-powered digital products and lead adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.
