Coach and guide Scrum teams to achieve high performance, sustainable pace, and continuous improvement.

Remove impediments, facilitate ceremonies, protect teams from distractions, and collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog effectively.

Act as process owner and maintain key stakeholder relationships while fostering a culture of safety, transparency, and empowerment within the team.

Scrum Master certification and strong expertise in Agile & Scrum methodology.

Proven experience in Agile coaching, organizational and team transformation, and end-to-end software development lifecycle management.

Mandatory experience with off-host project delivery.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Planview, and ServiceNow; good understanding of automated testing frameworks, CI/CD, and quality engineering.

Experienced in driving Agile mindset and behavioral change across multiple teams or departments.

Skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation, dependency, risk, and delivery management in complex environments.

Able to create a self-organizing team culture using systems and lean thinking techniques to optimize delivery and reduce management overhead.
