About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial book closures, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, and reporting across group entities.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation within the finance function, particularly with Zoho ERP.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts team to ensure accountability and high performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, handling multiple entities or group companies.
- Qualification: CA / CA Inter / B.Com with MBA in Finance.
- Hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, LLP Act, and FEMA compliance.
- Experience with Zoho ERP/Zoho Books or similar accounting/ERP platforms preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage multi-entity accounting and compliance operations.
- Strong background in implementing internal financial controls and statutory audits.
- Skilled in process automation and enhancing finance function efficiency using ERP tools like Zoho.
